Composition of CNC machining system

Date:[2023/4/23]

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) systems provide advanced combination skills and technology for control and management through a coded alphanumeric system. At its base, the CNC system consists of five components with functions mixed into a synchronous system. The computer programming data is then used to control and run the operation of the CNC system. Every CNC machine parts specialist understands the components and their essentials in making the machining process successful.

input device
Controlling and managing a CNC system through a specialized system requires an efficient method of coordinating pre-programmed data with the design system. These input devices include flash drives, optical discs, and other modern data transfer components.

Processing parts
It is a high-precision system that can process the final product. It also encapsulates the cutting spindle and the system that controls the machined components. As a key component of Shenzhen Yujiaxin Technology Co., Ltd. CNC machine tool parts, the machined components respond to pre-programmed (coded) computer-aided control logic.

machine control unit
At the heart of a CNC system is a high-value logic control panel consisting of a data processing unit (DPU) and a control loop unit (CLU). The DPU component allows efficient reception and decoding of programs. Once decoded into machine language, an interpolator on the DPU calculates the exact position of the cutting spindle. After interpretation, the decoded data is relayed to the CLU as an electrical signal. The machine's processing components then initiate movements based on the relay signal.

Drive System
Another key component of a CNC machine is the drive system, which responds to pre-programmed instructions by allowing the final product to be cut into shapes and designs. In its simplest form, a drive system consists of multiple control motors whose rotation determines the movement of the cutting spindle.

feedback device
In order for a CNC system to operate effectively, feedback about individual processes needs to be delivered during and after each process is completed. Feedback devices include linear sensors and direct position scales and encoders.
